Summer Party Treats: Pineapple Popsicle Bites
July 13, 2020Here’s how to make these yourself:
Pineapple Popsicle Bites
What you’ll need:
Pineapple ice cube moldFood coloringToothpicks
Ingredients
Crushed pineapplesPineapple juice
Directions:
- Using a spoon, scoop crushed pineapples into each ice cube mold. Make sure to put the pineapples in the body only and not where the leaves are. (You can also make the pineapples into a puree in a food processor but I preferred mine to have actual pineapples in them).
- Fill each mold with pineapple juice until full.
- Dip a toothpick into green food coloring.
- Insert a toothpick into the juice where the leaves are. Blend carefully, try not to let the green mix with the rest of the juice in the mold.
- Freeze overnight or at least 3 hours.
- Bend the mold backward to release or run the back under warm water to help remove from the mold.
Enjoy!
You can toss them into your cocktail drinks or eat them as is!
